kbbd Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and kbbd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your access to and use of https://kbbd.bio and all services, games, promotions, and features offered through it. These T&C should be read alongside kbbd's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the Platform.

kbbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these T&C at any time. Where material changes are made, the Platform will endeavour to notify registered players via email or on-site notification. Your continued use of kbbd following publication of revised T&C constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to revised T&C, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

2. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify kbbd immediately at [email protected].
3. kbbd employs SSL encryption on all login and transaction pages. However, you remain responsible for maintaining the security of the device you use to access your account and for logging out at the end of each session, particularly on shared devices.
4. kbbd reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where it suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity theft, or any other illegal conduct, pending investigation. Any funds held in a suspended account will be subject to review.
5. Players are not permitted to transfer funds between kbbd accounts, sell their account to another party, or use their account for any commercial purpose unrelated to personal entertainment gaming.

kbbd may, at its sole discretion, close any account that has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. Prior to closure, the Platform will attempt to notify the account holder at their registered contact details. Any remaining balance in an inactive account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method before the account is closed.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

kbbd supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via Bangladesh's domestic mobile financial service providers and selected card networks. All transactions are subject to the following terms.

kbbd does not accept deposits sourced from third parties or from proceeds of any criminal activity. The Platform cooperates fully with lawful requests from financial institutions and law enforcement authorities in relation to suspected money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. Players are responsible for ensuring that all funds deposited into kbbd originate from legitimate, lawfully obtained sources.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

kbbd offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out below. Players are advised to read all applicable bonus terms before accepting any promotional offer.

1. All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover). The specific rollover multiplier for each promotion is published on the promotion page. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
2. Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Players suspected of exploiting multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times will have all associated bonuses voided.
3. kbbd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirement that a player is already actively fulfilling at the time of cancellation will be honoured.
4. Free spins awarded as part of a bonus offer are valid only on the designated game(s) specified in the offer terms. Free spin winnings are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the relevant promotion.

5. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

kbbd is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming and betting environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of these rules constitutes a material breach of these T&C and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

1. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game, odds feed, or betting interface on kbbd in a manner not available to a human player acting in real time.
2. Colluding with other players, including sharing information about live hands, match outcomes prior to public result publication, or any other information that provides an unfair advantage.
3. Exploiting software errors, system glitches, or technical malfunctions to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from a technical error are not valid and will be voided. kbbd will endeavour to rectify technical errors promptly.
4. Depositing or withdrawing funds for purposes other than genuine gaming activity, including any attempt to use the kbbd platform as a conduit for money laundering or other financial crime.
5. Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players, kbbd staff, or support personnel through any communication channel provided or associated with the Platform, including live chat, email, and social media.

kbbd uses a combination of automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, the Platform may, at its sole discretion, void bets, confiscate balances, close the account, and report the matter to relevant authorities.

6. Responsible Gaming

kbbd is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to providing tools that help players stay in control of their gambling activity. The Platform recognises that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and takes its duty of care seriously.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on kbbd — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, database structures, and the selection and arrangement of content — is the property of kbbd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use kbbd solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these T&C. No other rights are granted.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit in any other manner any part of the kbbd platform or its content without the prior written consent of kbbd. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kbbd and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure — even if kbbd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

kbbd's aggregate liability to you for any cause of action whatsoever shall not exceed the total value of funds held in your kbbd account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these T&C excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

9. Amendments and Governing Law

kbbd reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. Amended T&C will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised T&C. It is your responsibility to review these T&C periodically for any changes.

These T&C and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming and digital services in the jurisdiction in which kbbd operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through kbbd's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable dispute resolution rules. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
